Anyone from students to working professionals know the benefits of using Microsoft Word in working to formulate their investigate works and other documents owing to the program's user friendliness which has made it a consistent top seller over the years and the years to come because in my opinion, there is no agenda which comes close to Ms Word by Microsoft in terms of word publishing.
Yes, Ms Word is that easy to use hands down, but there are a lot more ways to make our jobs easier while enjoying the benefits of this great Word processing software. This is helpful because if things are more nothing else but done, then it follows that there are a lot more things that can be closed in a short duration of time. One way is through the use of shortcuts so instead of using lengthy procedures in order to do clear tasks, it is simplified so it is made much quicker.

Here are some of the Shortcuts I use:
1. Ctrl+N = Opens up a new document to write on.
2. Ctrl+O = Opens an existing or saved document.
3. Ctrl+S = Saves file in the computer's memory.
4. Ctrl+P = Used to print documents through a printer attached to the computer.
5. Ctrl+X = Cuts a prime measure of a document and saves it into a clipboard which can later be retrieved, loaded and used.
6. Ctrl+ C = Used to copy documents, photos, and videos from other documents.
7. Ctrl + V = Used to paste a piece of a document either from a new file or from the clipboard.
8. Ctrl + [ (smaller) or Ctrl + ] (larger) = Used to automatically convert the size of the font.
9. Ctrl + B = Used to make prime portions of the document appear in bold letters.
10. Ctrl + V = Pastes a copied measure of a prime text to a chosen field in the document.
11. Ctrl + J = Used to explicate highlighted portions of the text document.
12. Ctrl + A = Used to highlight all texts in the document.
